Radiology Department (Diagnostic & Imaging)
Ushirika provides services like X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and other imaging modalities for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Equipped with a state-of-the-art 3D/4D ultrasound machine capable of performing Doppler, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and Echo (ECHO) cardiograms. Also offers digital X-ray, electroencephalograms (EEGs), dental X-rays (radiographs), and mammograms.
Computed Tomography (CT) Scan
We provide advanced CT scan services using X-rays and computer technology to produce precise 3D images of soft tissues and bones. Used for detecting tumors, investigating internal bleeding, and assessing other internal injuries accurately.
Laboratory Services
Conducts blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic tests to aid in the detection and monitoring of diseases.
Endoscopy Services
Utilizes a fluoroscopic camera for both upper (gastroduodenoscopy) and lower (colonoscopy) gastrointestinal assessments. Upper GI endoscopy helps diagnose and treat conditions of the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum, while lower GI endoscopy addresses rectal and colon issues such as hemorrhoids, polyps, and cancer.
